Do Zoltrix sound cards support Windows NT?
Some model do while others do not. Refer to the model specific drivers
page to loacte all available drivers for your model.
Why won't my microphone work in my Zoltrix sound card?
The older sound card models only supported a dynamic microphone. The newer models support both a dynamic and a condenser microphone.

Now that I have installed my Zoltrix sound card, my Joystick no longer works. What could be the problem?
If you already have a joystick attached to a game port on your computer Disable the game port on the sound card. (Disable with a jumper or software, depending on the model.)
If you have attached the joystick to the game port on the sound card Verify that you have enabled the game port on the sound card. (Done with a jumper or software, depending on the model.) Verify that you do NOT already have a game port in your computer with a diagnostic program like MSD. If you have another game port in the computer and cannot determine how to disable it, you should use the game port in the computer and disable the game port on the sound card. (Disable with a jumper or software, depending on the model.)
Using MSD to determine if a game port is installed on the computer
Before running MSD, you should remove the sound card from the computer.
Start MSD Press A for Other Adapters If a Game Adapter is
detected you cannot use the game port on the sound card
MIDI (Musical Integrated Digital Interface).
MIDI is a standard that permits electronic keyboards and instruments to
communicate with the computer. A MIDI file contains no sound. It contains
a series of control codes which trigger the instrument voices.

A Wave file is a digital sampled recording of a real sound. Due to the
amount of the information needed for a good quality sample, a wave file
can take a tremendous amount of disk space.
Why is the volume so low on my sound card?
Check the following: The volume control knob is turned up all the way. If your model supports software volume control, ensure that the DOS mixer has set the volume level to the highest setting
