• The CD-DA feature works in Windows XP and the function is active by default. If users have connected the Audio CD cable, they must mute the Analog CD audio in the mixer.

Installation instructions:

1. After downloading the file, use Winzip to extract the files into an empty folder or directory on the hard drive. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, use the Windows Find command to search for the file on your hard disk.)

3. When Windows starts, "New Hardware Found" pop-up window for driver will appear. Then click "CANCEL" and do not let Windows to detect it.
   
4. Run the Setup.exe for installation and follow the instructions.
   
   Note:
   - Uninstall the current driver and application before installing the new one.
   - Details of changes, please read the readme file inside.
   - The driver is the same as those in NG CD 1.80

1. After downloading the file, unzip the NG172_DOS.zip file to an empty directory ensuring that you restore the original directory structure by adding the -d parameter as follows: PKunzip NGDOS-11 -d. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, you can use the Windows Find command to search for the NG172_DOS.zip program on your hard disk.)
2. Refer to the readme.txt file included in the file for the latest instructions to install the new driver. (This file will be found in the folder you unzipped the files to in step #1)
3. Run the INSTALL.EXE program unzipped and follow the onscreen instructions.
