Installation instructions:

After downloading the file, run the 336pcm.exe program (Click here to see a picture of the WinZip Self Extractor main screen). Select the folder or diskette to unzip the file to and then click the unzip button. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, use the Windows Find command to search for the 336pcm.exe program on your hard disk.)

Refer to Manual Method found on this link for non PnP hardware based modem installation instructions. (Use Have Disk and browse to the folder you unzipped the files to in step #1)

Windows NT 4.0 Driver
Use Win 95/98 driver in NT 4.0.
Installation instructions:

Manually add the new modem (Use Have Disk and browse to the folder you unzipped the files to in step #1)

Note: Although the Windows 95/98 driver works with Windows NT 4.0, Zoltrix does not provide technical support for Windows NT including drivers and communication software bundled with the modem.

This hardware based PCMCIA 33.6K modem model does not have Flash ROM and is not upgradable. The ATi3 and ATi6 responses are determined by the ROM chip installed at the factory.
